Recipe: Quinoa Porridge, yum!

Quinoa Porridge:  *all organic if possible 🙂
-1/8 cup of water
-2 cups coconut milk
-1 cup quinoa
-1 tbsp of honey
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp chia seeds
-handful of raisins
Place all ingredients, except chia seeds and raisins, into a small pot.  Bring to boil and then simmer with lid on for 15 minutes, or until quinoa is soft consistency.  Serve in bowl, add raisins and chia seeds just before serving, eat and enjoy!  Quinoa Porridge gives a boost of protein in the morning or after-noon snack to keep you feeling full for longer.  Add whatever topping you enjoy!  Get creative!  Thanks, hope you enjoy this recipe, and be aware and eat with care:)
