Quinoa Porridge:  *all organic if possible 🙂
-1/8 cup of water
-2 cups coconut milk
-1 cup quinoa
-1 tbsp of honey
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp chia seeds
-handful of raisins
Place all ingredients, except chia seeds and raisins, into a small pot. Â Bring to boil and then simmer with lid on for 15 minutes, or until quinoa is soft consistency. Â Serve in bowl, add raisins and chia seeds just before serving, eat and enjoy! Â Quinoa Porridge gives a boost of protein in the morning or after-noon snack to keep you feeling full for longer.
