Recipe: Spicy Cilantro Nectarine Salsa! Yum!

So I mentioned in my break post that I was making tacos.  They are chicken and fish tacos, so I made my favorite salsa to accompany.  Its sweet, fresh and spicy.  Hope you enjoy this salsa with tacos, or just on top of chicken breasts or fish fillets.  Thanks, and be aware and eat with care 🙂

Ingredients: *organic produce if possible
-1 ripe nectarine
-10 cherry tomatoes
-1 vine ripened tomato (medium size)
-handful of fresh cilantro
-1 Serrano pepper (seeds and white vines removed)
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp of cayenne pepper
-quick drizzle of buckwheat or any honey (about 1/2 tsp)
-squeeze of half a lime
Chop all ingredients finely and mix together, that\’s it!  Leave the salsa in the fridge while you cook the other parts of your meal so the flavors to meld together, then enjoy!  Super simple, fresh and tasty. Sub less or more cayenne and chili depending on how spicy you like it, but this recipe makes for medium-hot.  🙂
