I really like this article because it shows the side of herbal medicine that a lot of people are unwilling to believe or don\’t realize that herbs, just like pharmaceuticals, can be dangerous.  This herb in particular isn\’t considered extremely harmful, but there are adverse effects associated and it\’s good to know some information about what your taking.  Please do your research to the best of your abilities, and always consult a qualified physician or naturopathic practitioner before taking herbal medicines or supplements.  Thanks for reading, and be aware and eat with care 🙂
